Why I've failed in the past

Happy New Year!

I hope that, wherever you are, you are safe, happy and healthy.

We have so much devastation happening right now in Australia with huge bushfires burning out of control, and the people and animals affected are never far from our thoughts.

But, as always, Aussies always band together in times of crisis, and it's been so moving to see just how many people from right around the world are making a difference with their donations and words of support.

If you want to help out, click here to read a great article about all the different ways you can make a difference.

Plus, there is a fantastic initiative on Instagram and it's called @SpendWithThem. This IG account shares various small businesses from fire affected areas, so that you can purchase everyday items directly from their business - making a huge difference to the communities who really need all the help they can get right now. Click here to give them a follow and have a scroll through all the fantastic businesses featured!

With the New Year comes New Years Resolutions.... Did you set some this year?

Rach and I did, and this year we did things a little differently. We set less goals than usual and many of them were ore simple goals, rather than going for the big grand goals that we have in the past!

We are definitely still stretching ourselves, but not in a way that's totally overwhelming and de-motivating!

This week's video is all about why I've failed in the past... How I've been caught out wanting to do too many things all at once and why I'm doing it differently now and into the future.

Click below to watch! Plus, watch all the way to the end to hear our about our all new Transformation Challenge and how you can save 50% off the program, simply by watching this video.
