Tips to help manage your mental health

We have the privilege of seeing people transform before our very eyes - and we don’t just mean physically!

To change the person on the outside, you need to help the person on the inside, too.

Mental health and well-being is a huge area of focus these days, and for good reason. The suicide rates in this country are skyrocketing.

We’ve personally been touched by this, with Rach’s dad losing his battle with mental illness a few years ago. Plus, so many other friends, family members and even myself personally have experienced some challenges with mental health over the years... 

So it’s a hugely important issue to us.

Chances are you have someone in your life who may be feeling less than great right now. That person might even be you. 

So this week, we wanted to share a few practical ideas that may help.

These aren’t the be all and end all, of course - each person and experience is unique - but they’re a starting point and have helped to make a difference in our lives and the lives of those close to us.
