Do you ever find yourself aimlessly wandering the aisles at your local grocery store?

Do you often get home and unpack your shopping and you realise you've forgotten to buy half the stuff you actually needed?

And on the flipside, you've brought home a whole bunch of stuff that you really didn't need and that isn't going to help you reach your health and fitness goals?

I've been there. 

So this week, we wanted to share a few tips about the humble grocery shop. 

We cover: 

- The aisles to go down and the ones that should be avoided

- What to have on your shopping list

- How we structure our main meals

- How we always remember exactly what we need and avoid excess
