Help! I'm so sore!

"Luke, I'm so sore. I don't think I can train today." 

"Why am I so sore? I think I've injured myself!"

These are just some of the comments I've heard from my clients in the days after their workouts recently, and I can totally relate to how they're feeling. 

I can often feel the effects of my workout long after the session is finished, too! 

Don't worry though; the pain can be explained.

It's all caused by Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).
