Help! I'm so sore!

Luke Archer - Wednesday, August 22, 2018

"Luke, I'm so sore. I don't think I can train today."

"Why am I so sore? I think I've injured myself!"

These are just some of the comments I've heard from my clients in the days after their workouts recently, and I can totally relate to how they're feeling.

I can often feel the effects of my workout long after the session is finished, too!

It's all caused by Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).

If you've ever wondered why it happens, or what you can do to ease it, then this week's Transformation Tip is worth the watch!
